I just read in the news that cheeky thong flashers are banned in the city of Yakima in Washington state, where officials passed a law that made it a crime for women to be seen wearing see-through dresses and G-string thongs in public. If a child under the age of 14 is considered a victim of indecent exposure, those penalities are increased to $5,000 and up to a year in jail.
